In Memory Of: Alma Gallagher

Comments:
Terry and family,
I just learned of the death of your mother, Alma. She was my 1st and 2nd grade teacher in Oakwood. She was a very kind and patient teacher. When I was in 8th grade, she was called away from class and she picked me to "sub" for her. That's when I learned what special people teachers are! My thoughts are with you.

David & Frank, Jr.!
Sorry to hear about your dad. I have lots of memories of your dad as a neighbor when we were going up. The late nights of playing in your yard, never to go near his garden, his laughter. He was a hard worker.
I wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you both during this sad time.

Our sympathies to your family, I enjoyed reading the obit and remember so many good times with the O'Tooles! It seems forever ago, but you have been great family friends and Pat always would stop for a catch up when I saw him in town. The great memories help to ease the loss, celebrate his life! You are all in our Prayers.

In Memory Of: Arnie Jarolimek

Comments:
I'm so sorry for the loss of Arnie. I knew him for quite a few years. I worked at a gas station across the railroad tracks from the home. I want both of his girls to know I knew your names, and can honestly say he loved you. Believe me, I chewed him out a few times for you, too! Arnie & I became pretty good friends. He told me alot about his life, including his screw ups. We had alot of real heart to hearts, as I saw him almost every day. I will truly miss talking to him, as he was a good ear to lean on also. Keep his memory in your hearts. He was also proud of his red-white-&blue shirt. He would wear it on July 4th. He was very proud to be an American! Deb

When I must leave you
for a little while,
Please do not grieve
and shed wild tears
And hug your sorrow
to you through the years,
But start out bravely
with a gallant smile;
And for my sake
and in my name
Live on and do
all things the same,
Feed not your lonliness
on empty days,
But fill each waking hour
in useful ways,
Reach out your hand
in comfort and in cheer
And I in turn will comfort you
and hold you near;
And never, never
be afraid to die,
For I am waiting
for you in the sky!

Our family's sympathies to you Johanna, and to your children Cindy, Sheila (I know you), Gerette and Kevin...My mother (Martha Zidon Jelinek, rest her soul) told me one time in my younger years that she used to babysit your husband/dad...I remember him fondly when we lived in Grafton and I would go to the postoffice to pick up my mail...always a smile from him!!! My prayers and thoughts on your loss. This transition is not easy...May Cy rest in the peace of the Risen Lord and may God be at your side at this time of need...Aaron Jelinek-Prior Lake, MN
