We were shocked to read of the passing of David. He was hired at Polar Telephone to replace me after I retired. You have our sympathies. We were unable to come to the funeral because of our health. May you find comfort in your wonderful memories.

Jaci and family,
I came across Dave's obituary the other day and was shocked. I had thought of him several times over the years. We were resident assistants at UMary together and I had enjoyed watching football and basketball games with him. He was a great guy and I was not surprised to see all that he had accomplished. May you find comfort and healing in the days and weeks ahead.

Comments:
It has been a long time since I have seen Uncle Jake as I live in Texas and was in the military for 20 years. I do remember as a kid going to visit and having such a good time with everyone in the family. He was also a big help when my father passed away. Our condolences to the family.

Donna and your family,
You have my deepest sympathy. Death is as sure for that which is born, as birth is for that which is dead. Therefore grieve not for what is inevitable.
What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly.
If the dead can come back to this earth and flit unseen around those they loved,
You loved ones shall always be near you; In the gladdest days and in the darkest nights . . .
always, always, and if there be a soft breeze upon your cheek,
it shall be their breath, as the cool air fans your throbbing temple,
it shall be their spirit passing by. Please do not mourn them dead; think they be gone and wait for thee,
for all of you shall meet again.

Niemann Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I've been in complete shock since Dad told me about David's passing. I am so sorry I couldn't make the service today. It just didn't work out. You are all in my prayers as I have been thinking of you all day. May God grant you His peace, comfort, and a feeling of His true love for you as He carries you through the coming days, months, and years.

My heart goes out you Jaci! I'm not sure if we've ever met- but I am David's 2nd cousin from Grafton and have many great memories of him and his brothers and sisters from my childhood. I heard he turned out to be an amazing man. You have a strong family support system there, use it and try not to loose yourself in the pain. The Lord is the only way you will have strength to get through it. Trust in His guidance-have a relationship with Him.

Jaci and family,
I've known David for so many years from the time he was in confirmation class with Heidi through high school when he would tell his mom that he wanted to come to my math classes. As we know, he did just fine in that area. I remember both of you dating and falling in love. I still have special memories of playing the organ at your wedding. May God continue to give you strength to endure the sorrow that comes with losing a husband and father. David was a special person and will be missed by so many. Our deepest sympathy for you and your kids.
