My sincere sympathies to Mary and all of Vern`s family. Look to each other for comfort in this time and know that there are alot of people who cared for him. I was pretty young when Vern lived in Rhinelander and he hung around with my brother, Darl, but I do remember he was one of the best looking cousins we had and he was a lot of fun. Arvie will miss Vern and all the good times had in the 1954 Ford with Kenny in Burlington, WI. Remember him always, he got me my first job in printing.

Mary& family, we are so sorry to hear about your lost. Vern was one of the greatest, we were close cousins, when we were kids, but grew apart as we got older, we married and move so far away from each other. But we had a couple family gatherings, so we did see each other a couple years ago. I will not forget those times. he had a beautiful family. Love Wayne & Cookie

I was honored to have been able to work with Vern as a supplier while he worked at Morgan printing. Though I never met him in person his friendly voice and manner showed in his emails and calls. He spoke proudly of his family and I'm honored to have known him.
He was a pleasure to work with and I was happy to go the extra mile to make sure all went smoothly for him and his company. This may seem silly but he was the only person I know to sign the closing of their emails with Cheers and then his name. It is a small thing but one that I will remember forever.
We are blessed and surrounded everyday with love, miracles and wonder we have only to open our eyes and heart to see and receive them. I pray that good memories and the legacy of goodwill Vern left behind tempers the grief felt with his passing.
My utmost condolences to his wife Mary and his wonderful family,

My heart and my prayers go out to Verlin's family and friends. I know how hard this is believe me.
I have wonderful memories of Verlin from when we were growing up in the big city of Rhinelander.
He was a wonderful man, he had such a great sense of humor. He will truly be missed.
Even though I didn't have much contact with him since he left Wisconsin I feel that we were still very close in heart and mind. And that's where he will always be in my heart and in my mind.

We were all very saddened to hear of Donalda's passing. It was always a pleasure to see her in the ENT Clinic when Susan had her appointment. She certainly lived life to the fullest. We will miss seeing her smiling face. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
