We wish to extend our deepest sympathies to everyone in Vern’s family during this most difficult time. We knew Vern when we were printing customers in Larimore and Grafton. He exemplified the meaning of customer service in his dealings with all of us. Although we have retired from the newspaper business, we always remember the people in our industry that helped us along the way. Vern was certainly one of those special people and will be deeply missed by everyone that knew him.

To the Family of Vern Olson,
I had worked with Vern for about 10.5 years at Morgan Printing and he was a wonderful hardworking man, who was always there with a helping hand. He always knew if you were having a bad day and would do almost anything in his power to cheer you up. Believe me, he had a lot of cheering up some days with me.
I will always remember Vern for his smile. By talking to his sons, that I also worked with, you could tell that he was a wonderful, loving and caring husband, dad, and granddad. He was a treat to work with for those years, and he will be missed by all who loved him.
I am so fortunate that I had the opportunity to know this man and work with him. I will miss him greatly as will all who has known him. Just remember all the good times you all had with him. He was a very proud hubby, dad and granddaddy and he was so very proud of all of you. You could tell when ever your names were mentioned.
Once again, we re so sorry for the loss of this wonderful caring man but he is up in heaven looking down on all of you.

It has been quite a few years since I (Dana) had the opportunity to spend time with Vern, but the memories that I have are of a fine man, a good husband, and a wonderful father. I am sure that he will be dearly missed, but he is never further away than your memories. May God grant you strength in this time of need.
